The DOTSAPs Directory is not intended to be a comprehensive list of every DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). Instead, we intentionally limit the number of listings in each state to highlight a smaller group of active SAPs who maintain a current listing with DOTSAPs.​ There are many additional qualified SAPs throughout the country.
