Gomez DOT SAP Services provides professional Department of Transportation (DOT) Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluations for safety-sensitive employees who have violated DOT drug and alcohol regulations. Services include the initial SAP evaluation, individualized education and/or treatment recommendations, follow-up evaluation, and assistance with the DOT return-to-duty process. Evaluations are available through secure telehealth for eligible clients. Gomez DOT SAP Services is operated by Nicholas P. Gomez, CADC II, ICADC, DOT Qualified SAP, with a focus on professional, confidential, and timely service for employees, employers, DERs, and referral partners.
