My name is Dr. Keith L. Marshall, Psy.D., M.H.D., MAC, SAP (#175165), and I am pleased to join this professional directory and introduce myself to the community.

I am a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), Master Addiction Counselor, clinical supervisor, award-winning author, and Founder and CEO of Dedicato Treatment Center, a California DHCS-certified and Joint Commission-accredited behavioral health treatment organization.

With nearly 20 years of experience in addiction treatment, behavioral healthcare, clinical supervision, and extensive academic research in human development and substance use disorders, I bring both clinical expertise and a commitment to helping individuals achieve meaningful, lasting recovery.

I offer services in two professional capacities:

1. DOT-Qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP)

I provide confidential SAP evaluations, individualized education and treatment recommendations, follow-up evaluations, and return-to-duty compliance services in accordance with DOT regulations under 49 CFR Part 40.

2. Education and Treatment Provider for Other SAP Professionals

I also welcome referrals from fellow SAP providers who need a qualified treatment organization to deliver the education, counseling, or substance use disorder treatment they have recommended for their clients.

Through Dedicato Treatment Center, we offer individualized education, outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization services, relapse prevention, and evidence-informed substance use disorder counseling.
