My name is Dr. Keith L. Marshall, Psy.D., M.H.D., MAC, SAP (#175165), and I am pleased to join this professional directory and introduce myself to the community.

I am a DOT-qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP), Master Addiction Counselor, clinical supervisor, award-winning author, and Founder and CEO of Dedicato Treatment Center, a California DHCS-certified and Joint Commission-accredited behavioral health treatment organization.

With nearly 20 years of experience in addiction treatment, behavioral healthcare, clinical supervision, and extensive academic research in human development and substance use disorders, I bring both clinical expertise and a commitment to helping individuals achieve meaningful, lasting recovery.
