Will these third party places order follow-up tests with the return to duty tests?

Hey there, that’s an important question. The C/TPA’s that are now able to order RTD tests for operators who completed the SAP process (if the operator enters as a owner/operator) should not order follow up tests. This is for a few reasons, but most importantly, follow-up tests are only ordered when an operator is employed in a safety sensitive position. Therefore the company would order them. It is against regulations for a C/TPA to order follow up for a safety sensitive operator/driver who is not an actual owner/operator but just using the C/TPA for the RTD. I hope this helps!
